"This compelling book explores the inner conflict of anthropologist Keith Richardson, whose spiritual cynicism is at war with his innate mediumistic skills. He's kept on keel by his wife Francesca, who has 1) a good inner voice, 2) an angel shop where miracles happen, and 3) past-life connections to her husband (as divulged by a wise Chinese spirit guide named Chang, who makes his presence known in a surprising way). Throughout the book these pieces come together to form a fascinating story, which Keith enhances with sprinkles of historical research into pertinent cultures and religions. The Richardsons have found something timeless and good in this lifetime together. I'd recommend visiting their little shop of miracles and reading his book."

"Keith Richardson's novel is a triumph! This cosmic cocktail mixes Romeo and Juliet and the tumultuous 17th-century China with a delicious splash of synchronicity reminiscent of The Celestine Prophecy."

"Keith Richardson has written a fascinating account of his journey with spirit guides and reincarnation. His research into the past lives of himself and others in his personal network of friends and acquaintances is compelling, and adds to the growing and large body of evidence for the continuity of consciousness from lifetime to lifetime."
